1. Overnight Futures Snapshot
Yesterday's ceasefire-driven gap-up (+2.5% SPY, +2.97% QQQ) is fading overnight as skepticism around the US-Iran ceasefire durability sets in. With the Strait of Hormuz reopening pledged, crude futures collapsed — USO settled down nearly 10% on the session. Equity futures are now slightly negative as markets digest whether a two-week ceasefire constitutes a structural change or a headline pop.
June E-mini S&P futures (ESM26): –0.31% | Nasdaq futures (NQM26): –0.25% | Bitcoin: $71,117 (+0.04%) | ETH: $2,178 (–0.58%) | Gold: $434.53 (+0.63%) | Crude (USO): $124.58 (–9.78% from yesterday)
